About Robyn

Credentials: Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and maintains certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Barre Above, and RYS 500 Yoga Alliance, and Menopause Movement Specialist. Robyn also keeps her CPR/ First Aid current and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in yoga, anatomy, mindfulness, strength training, mobility, and functional movement.

Robyn is a Fitness and Yoga Professional/Trainer and Teacher with 30+ years experience, Vinyasa Yoga, Restore, Barre, and Founder and FOCUSFit Strength and Flow Classes.

Robyn completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Lesley DeSaulniers and her 300-hour apprenticeship with Dana Damara and Gillian Confair. These teachers have been profound inspirations in her life and continue to influence both her teaching and personal practice.

Drawing on nearly four decades of teaching experience, Robyn’s approach integrates strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and mindful movement to support health and well-being at every stage of life. Her classes are known for being strong, intentional, accessible, and empowering, helping students build confidence, resilience, vitality, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Robyn's classes a musically-charged with a strong emphasis on strength, alignment, and breath.Her classes bring a multidisciplinary approach to fitness leading to improved strength, mobility, flexibility, and long term health. Robyn blends cardio, strength, balance, mobility, mat pilates and yoga. She is known for her infectious energy that motivates and inspires her students to reach their full potential.

Robyn loves to create a safe container of compassion for all students and private clients.

Teaching and practicing is her safe haven for a peaceful, spiritual, and ritualistic lifestyle where she shares her authenticity with her students.

When Robyn is not teaching she is walking with dog OLIVE, cooking and baking for loved ones, and spending time with her family and friends.
